How can we teach the Greek Revolution of 1821 in the classroom?

The Director of Greek Education Dr. Anastasios Koularmanis will be offering a webinar Saturday, April 3, 2021. The webinar will be presented by The Museuam of School Life and Education (Μουσείο Σχολικής Ζωής και Εκπαίδευσης)

The webinar will discuss how teacher can bring to life the Revolution of 1821, by stimultating their students interest using fine arts. Theater, cinema, music, visual arts and multimedia offer opportunities for a different didactic approach to teaching.  The aim of the seminar is to give ideas and suggestions for these different approaches to the history and teaching of 1821 through the use and assistance of the performing arts and to enhance audiovisual literacy.
