Enjoy a video presentation of the entire 158 stanzas of “Hymn to Liberty” by Dionysios Solomos recited in Greek by 127 students of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Pittsburgh’s Greek Schools with English overlay. His Eminence Metropolitan Savas prepared the new English translation, closely approximating the original’s poetic meter and rhymes and internationally known opera singer, Ms. Alexandra Loutsion sings the Greek National Anthem.
